Sweaterdress Season

When the snow falls, it's time to break out the sweaterdresses! There are two fun ones out right now in the WomenStuff track of the MEGAhunt 2 (running through January 2, so there's still plenty of time to get them!). It's a great way to spruce up your SL wardrobe for $1L per new outfit (or jewelry set, or maybe even a new skin); a few of the stores even put their items out for free.

Actually today was one of those headache-y, "not enough coffee in the world" kind of days.

At least now I have an appropriate bed-head hairstyle for such days. (no, I haven't made it into the December Arcade yet - but somebody did and had 'my' color so woo  \o/)

My Typical November...

...involves very little actual SL time. Like millions of other writers around the world, I spend November doing NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), trying to write 50,000 words of original fiction over the course of 30 days.

So no shopping, really, and very little of anything else - but I did get 50,209 words written! (Now on to the harder part - trying to edit what I've written so it's actually decent.)

I'll probably start trying to get into the December round of The Arcade, but there's not as much I'm interested in getting this time around. :(
